We realize this can be a very stressful event and we want to make this as painless as possible for you. If you have damage to your insured equipment, kindly take a moment and fill out our Rowing Claim Form. Please do your best and fill in as much as you can. It would be much better to get an incomplete form sooner, than wait a long time to get the one or two additional items, that may take time. If you have any related paperwork such as an estimate, please include that. Any theft or vandalism claim will need a police report and not just a number. Keep in mind that the cost of transportation to and from the repair facility is not covered. You can always call or email us along the way to adjust this information as each claim has a life of its own. We have handled literally thousands of claims over the years and have probably dealt with a similar claim to what you may be going through. We have worked with most of the repair facilities in the country. We want you to be happy with your repair, so you get to pick whomever you prefer to do the work. If you need help finding a repair facility we are happy to recommend some but also suggest you ask around your local area. Most repair places are happy to work with us, since they know they get paid promptly. Many are good to start the job once we acknowledge coverage, which can get you back on the water sooner.
