In most cases, it is fine for our client  to simply call the claim in directly to the company.  In some cases it  is better to speak with us first.  We appreciate that you are paying good  money for quality coverage and deserve to be paid on covered losses.  That  being said, there are times when a smaller claim could have a significant impact  on future rates.  We want to discuss those sorts of claims before  they get turned in.  If anyone was hurt, then call the company right  away.  If the claim involves a modest amount of just some property  damage, then discussing it makes sense.  If you don’t see the company you  are looking for, please call our agency for help.
